Yulia Atamanova is an extremely qualified and professional lawyer, has almost 20 years of academic and practical experience in economic and civil law and process, as well as in various areas of substantive law. Since 2018, Julia Atamanova is a member of the Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association. She has experience as an arbitrator, is included in the list of ICAC arbitrators at the CCI of Ukraine, and also has the status of Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb, United Kingdom). In addition, Ms. Atamanova is on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Committee for Financial Restructuring (implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Restructuring”).
Yulia Atamanova is the author of more than 50 scientific works, including 5 individual monographs, including «Participation of Industrial Property Rights in Business Associations» (2002), «Participation in economic societies of industrial property rights: legal problems of the transfer of innovative products» (2004), «Intellectual property law: the system of international legal regulation» (2004), «Innovation law of Ukraine: problems of theory and systematization» (2005), «Theoretical problems of the formation of innovative law of Ukraine» (2006), «Economic and legal support of the state innovation policy» (2008). Yulia is also the co-author of collective monographs: «Legal Regulation of Innovative Relations» (2013), «Legal Doctrine of Ukraine» (Section 2.10, Vol. 4, 2013), «Investment Law» (Chapter 4, 2014).
The experience of professional expert activity of Yulia Atamanova:
— She was a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine;
— She was an expert in the EU project «Improving Strategies, Policies and Regulation of Innovations in Ukraine»;
— She was part of the working group on drafting legislative and regulatory legal act;
— She was involved in the conduct of scientific and legal expertise, including draft regulatory legal acts as an expert.
