Alexander Trushkov is a partner of ‘TRUBOR’ Law firm. Before founding the firm in 2016 Alexander has been resolving complex disputes and supporting bankruptcy proceedings for over 10 years as a member of Russian law firms. Alexander acted for both major Russian and foreign companies in disputes on insurance, leasing, antimonopoly and corporate legislation, construction, real estate, financial markets, international transportation and other matters.
Alexander has represented clients’ interests before the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Alexander’s experience includes full legal support of bankruptcy proceedings both for the benefit of creditors and debtors, including successful challenging of transactions on debtor’s asset stripping, attraction of controlling persons to subsidiary responsibility, non-admission of introducing fictitious debts into the registry of debtor’s creditors and others.
Alexander is a regular speaker at various legal conferences and seminars and is published in legal and business editions.
